All well in busy times

Again I have been very busy the last weeks and months with my training and meetings. This time of the year is probably the toughest one of the whole year. There are so many things to do and a lot of kilometers to walk and to run. But I am not complaining! Training is going quite well and I am very happy with my results and improvement. We made a short trip to Bochum/Germany to have a change in training, it was really good! We were able to put in new elements with longer distance in my training. Again I have to thank the Olympiastützpunkt in Bochum-Wattenscheid for their help. They are always a big help for us when we come to train there. Thank you so much!
It wouldn't have been so easy to do these new elements of basic training here in Norway at this time of the year, because one day we have a lot of rain, the next day there is a lot of snow, then it gets warmer and everything melts, and to make it all worse it gets colder and the roads are covered with thin ice. Thanks to my club I have a treadmill at home and I can do workouts on my treadmill whenever it is necessary. But I like to be outside in fresh air, so as long as it’s possible you will find me outside. And I guess that you can understand that I don’t like to walk for hours on the treadmill.....

As I mentioned I have also been busy with some meetings with my sponsors, and I have been to one more branch manager course with my sponsor ADECCO. I have two more to come, one this winter and one in spring.

I also had a lot of fun with the interview with the Norwegian magazine “Mamma” who had the story in their autumn magazine.

As you all can imagine there is a lot to do when you have two kids in the house and Christmas time is waiting. Both kids are doing fine and especially Kiara can’t wait until Christmas. This Christmas will be the first one for us in Germany since 1997. I am really looking forward to that. This year we are way behind getting the Christmas presents and card writing. I hope all our friends understand that, and I promise we will do better next year again!
