Beijing medalists in Krakow
After three weeks with good and a lot of work and training I am looking forward to go to Krakow, Poland. The last weeks we also worked a lot on my technique again and I spent quite a few hours at my physio and osteopath. The weather hasn't been that friendly here in Norway and the temperature has been around 10-12 degrees Celsius. I wouldn' call that nice summer. But anyway I am happy with my training especially because I also had a lot of work to do at Adecco.
It will be nice to be back in Krakow. There is always a special atmosphere at the Krakow Marquet Square. I am really looking forward to meet the Olympic Champion Olga Kaniskina this time. It is always good to have strong fields in the IAAF Challenge. Robert Korzeniowski and his crew, especially Ilya Markov, made a very good job to get together these strong fields, both in the mens and womens race. All three Olympic champion are on the startlist. And one big surprise!!! Jefferson Perez also signed in for the mens 10k race. Will he give a comeback! We will see.....
